Kara began her career at SWIM USA—a global leader in swimwear design and manufacturing—where she gained extensive experience in corporate marketing and built a vast network of contacts in the media world. She played an integral role in promoting more than 20 branded, licensed, and private-label collections, overseeing photoshoot production, art direction, social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, media relations, and event planning. Her cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, production, and operations teams equipped her with a holistic perspective on brand building.

In 2021, Kara launched kgm pr, expanding into the fashion, beauty, and wellness industries while pursuing her passion for helping small businesses flourish.
